Who is supposed to hold them accountable? MUNCH.
Who is supposed to ensure that they are prepared every Sunday? MUNCH.
Players making mistakes is on Munch, and if they're just bad players, that's on Munch too.
He's a nice guy, but when he accepted the job as HC he accepted all the responsibilities that come with it. You can't give him a break because he's a nice guy, or because it's his first time.

You have noticed the people getting benched and the changes all season... right?

Thats why I dont hate on him like so many do. The guy is trying and if people dont notice it, they are thinking with their emotions and not their brains. Its gotten the best of quite a few good posters here. They always come back to hwo he is emotionless on the sidelines (once again, letting emotions outweigh their brains... he has been emotional on the sidelines quite a few times)

fyi.. none of what i said was an attack on you. Its just a generalization

Then laser has a point. A few weeks ago, Cook was wanting to be traded. However he cant block, and drops easy passes consistently. Yes he makes big plays, but he also is the definition of inconsistent this season.

Britt? Did you forget how to catch when you were injured???? wtf....

I strongly disagree with players making mistakes being Munchs fault. Accountability has to be put in ALL directions. Finding a scapegoat wont make this team better.

Its just a big mess right now but it really is one that can be cleaned up but responsibility has to be placed everywhere, not in one spot.

You're right, Munch is making changes. But, they're not working because the players are poorly coached! The players don't believe in their coach. They're not giving it their all.

Players need to be held accountable, I can find many different players who had great years under bad coaches.

    enough excuses for munchak!!

-Sending only 10 guys out on defense on CONSECUTIVE plays
    -getting beat 51-20 at home
-losing to an 0-13 team in a MUST WIN
-losing to a 1-9 team in a MUST WIN
-24th in Total Offense/29th in Total Defense
    -31st in Points allowed
    -Missing playoffs 2 consecutive years

All of the above are fireable offenses!!! He's overstayed his welcome! FIRE MUNCHAK!
