Staff be damned, you cant blame every over throw and under throw on the staff.

Locker is in a BAD situation and it wont get much better, there is no denying that.

There will have to be a major improvement next season for me to want to keep Locker. Hes not a bust yet, but his accuracy has been an issue since college, and its showing on the field week in and week out.

Jake is at a disadvantage because of the off. line injuries, so is the running game. But the throws he did make were not very good. He had a year to watch and should have been much better, offensive line or not.

    IMO he has regressed.

Still don't think it's right for us to judge him this harshly when he gets pressured EVERY DAMN PLAY and sacked on average 5 times a game AND has had an injury already. Not trying to say he's going to be amazing or anything, just think you guys are overreacting and not taking into account all of the F ING BULL @#$% he has to deal with week in and week out!

those points are valid but at the same time when he does get protection and guys do run good routes and get open he can't seem to ever put it between the numbers, its always high or low or left or right and his deep throws are an absolute joke.

That BS you mentioned, is why I have not ripped into him.

    Biggest NFL QB busts

Jamarcus Russell = 25 games started
Ryan Leaf = 21 games started
Akili Smith = 17 games started
Heath Shuler = 22 game started
Tim Couch = 55 game started

    Jake Locker = 10

Its clearly too early to give up on him but the guy is living up to his college reputation of being inaccurate. Accuracy is pretty damn important for a QB. I WANT him to succeed because if he doesn't, then the past 2 years and the next two are a waste.

How much does coaching teach when it comes to accuracy and not making WR's have to stop in their tracks to catch the ball, or grow arms out of their backs to catch the ball.

Really hope he improves this off season by a LOT, or none of the moves we make this off season will matter.

I also feel like his accuracy issues could be addressed with...wait a minute...an actual offensive coordinator who knows what he's doing???!!!

The OL was horrible but Locker was bad. He looks to no longer have the arm strength he showed last season.

He's regressing instead of getting better.
