The fire the Seahawks defense played with last night is what we are missing. They BELIEVE they are better than anyone across the ball and play like it. Have a rookie in the DB pool playing lights out. Their coaches have them believing. They are playing like the Fatbirds in their prime.

Our guys play scared...play like they are afraid they will be beat. Even Verner...playing 7 yds off inside the 20 and backing up at the snap. No wonder teams drive the field all day when we give it to them.

I want a DC who can inspire our D to play like the Hawks. Gay is NOTthat coach.

Give me anyone else..that is who I want.

Carroll already failed once and then came back but he's a much better coach than either Kelly at this point and I already explained Saban. Didn't Harborough play in the NFL and do some coaching before becoming a HC? Just wondering because if so then he already has a bit of a handle on the pro level.

I think that Bud is going to give Munch one more year. With that thought process, I will have to live with it. I will not endorse it, but he can gut 80 % of his coaching staff to let me feel better about the direction of the Organization.
    Some must
    Offensive Cood.
A very good offensive coordinator to develope Jake into a accurate passer (Norm).

    Postion Coaches:
We need position coaches that can develop our younger players because I have been a fan long enough to know that we will not go FA happy (for those that say different, I have to see a FA spending frenzy this off season to believe it).

    Wash!!
We need Washburn back! I know that he was a pain in the ass in Philly, but that same pain in the ass, got the best out of our linemen.

    Def.Cood
Perry Fewell will bring some discipline and toughness. He will bring championship moxy. He may be the scapegoat in NY for there colaspse. If he gets the ax, I would love to bring him in as D Cood.

I read some good things about Josh McDaniels.... what you guys think?

Kyle Shanahan (youth movement maybe got some great years out of really bad qb's and designed a great offense for RG3) or I read up on Chip Kelly (offensive genius has them ducks going crazy)...

Wouldn't be overjoyed with the hire, he does come over as a bit arrogant.

Outside of working with Brady what has he done to separate himself from the complete failure of his first coaching chance

Yeah, it always works great until playoff time when pass-happy offenses take an early lead and the rest of the game is spent trying to make a lousy passing offense try to catch up. That's Marty/FisherBall in a nutshell.
