Now seeing as we all know Mike Munchak will still be our Titans Head Coach in 2013, I thought it best to formulate a new off-season plan. A plan which I think would be realistic and move the franchise forward so it can possibly contend with top teams.

    Head Coach: Mike Munchak

Offensive Coordinator: Pat Shurmur - I feel this guy was never going to be a good head coach, especially not in Cleveland, but he is a solid coach nonetheless. He also has had experience with helping a young QB, as shown by his time at the Rams with Sam Bradford.

Defensive Coordinator: Rocky Seto - Has come over from USC with Pete Carroll's Seahawks and done an amazing job with the defensive backfield. He is a young mind and would be a risk, but really, he couldn't be worse than Jerry Gray.

    Free Agency:
    William Moore, SS, Atlanta Falcons
    Dwight Freeney, DE, Indianapolis Colts
    Andy Levitre, OG, Buffalo Bills
    Justin Forsett, RB, Houston Texans

We need to spend big in free agency and these would be the three guys I would target. We have ample cap space to go for these guys so I can't see why we couldn't get them.

    Re-sign:
    Jared Cook, TE
    Rob Bironas, K
    Fernando Velasco, C/OG
    Deuce Lutui, OG
    Zac Diles, MLB
    Kevin Matthews, OG/C
    Will Witherspoon, OLB

    Cut:
    Matt Hasselbeck, QB
    Lavelle Hawkins, WR
    Jamie Harper, RB
    Eugene Amano, C

    2013 NFL Draft:

Round 1: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Round 2: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
Round 3: Quinton Patton, WR, Louisiana Tech
Round 4: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
Round 4(comp): Zac Dysert, QB, Miami(OH)
Round 5: Shamarko Thomas, SS, Syracuse
Round 6(comp): Zac Stacy, RB, Vanderbilt
Round 7: DeVonte Holloman, OLB, South Carolina

    Final Roster:

    QB: Jake Locker/Rusty Smith/Zac Dysert
    RB: Chris Johnson/Zac Stacy/Justin Forsett/Darius Reynaud
    FB: Collin Mooney
    WR: Kenny Britt/Kendall Wright/Nate Washington/Quinton Patton/Damian Williams
    TE: Jared Cook/Craig Stevens/Taylor Thompson
    LT: Michael Roos/Byron Stingily
    LG: Steve Hutchinson/Kevin Matthews
    C: Fernando Velasco
    RG: Andy Levitre/Deuce Lutui
    RT: David Stewart/Mike Otto

    RE: Dwight Freeney/Kamerion Wimbley
    LE: Derrick Morgan/Datone Jones/Scott Solomon
    DT: Jurrell Casey/Sheldon Richardson/Mike Martin/Karl Klug
    SLB: Akeem Ayers/DeVonte Holloman
    MLB: Colin McCarthy/Zac Diles/Tim Shaw
    WLB: Zach Brown/Will Witherspoon
    CB: Jason McCourty/Jordan Poyer/Alterraun Verner/Tommie Campbell/Coty Sensabaugh
    SS: William Moore/Shamarko Thomas
    FS: Michael Griffin/Markelle Martin

    K: Rob Bironas
    P: Brett Kern
    LS: Beau Brinkley
    KR/PR: Darius Reynaud

All seems realistic, but none of those are popular moves.

I think the oline needs a lot more help than adding 1 guard...

Yeah but Munchak is stubborn on the O-line always has been, remember i'm trying to make this realistic. Plus Levitre is probably one of the best guards in the league.

Andy Levitre is getting some love on this board now. You're welcome.

I like it, don't see it making us a playoff team though.

All depends on the play of Locker.

Rocky Seto is a really green. A newer head coach with an offensive background like Munch needs a strong DC. Rocky Seto has potential to be a good DC but would be better off with a head coach he can lean on for support. The Titans need a DC who is HC material. Someone who can be the mentor rather than someone who needs to be mentored.

Yeah but i'm being realistic here, who can you think of that has that makeup that would come to the titans?
