    when they showed the slowmo replay when it happened it was one of those EEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW moments. definitely not surprised there was damage done.

    the flash in the pan.. that's the problems with these running QBs.. take their legs away, and they come apart at the seams.

    I hope he recovers and does well, though. Seems like a good guy. Just doesn't seem like he's a "long term" kind of guy.

    Odd coincidence it happened on the same team and same position as the most famous injurry in NFL histroy--Joe Theisman. Was so bad and obvious that the guy who hit him, Lawrence Taylor, got up right away and started calling for help.

    Be warned though, it is unpleasent to watch.

    No you're right, Mariani's was awful to watch.

    Marcus Lattimore's was bad too.

    Anytime you look and your foot is on backwards, thats a bad time.

    There's been a lot of gruesome injuries when it come to broken bones and dislocations. That play on MNF where Napoleon McCallum dislocated his knee still haunts me, but even that doesn't turn my stomach the way the Lattimore injury does.
