I started running again about 5 weeks ago, hadn't run long distance in about 10 years(I'm 23 now). Started out at 7:15 and cut it down to 5:45... I can't keep that pace for 3.1 miles... I have done 3.1 in ~21minutes. I'm not sure what's a good time, read online that highschoolers can run sub 5 minutes... I don't know how true that is.

Now you know my life story.. Lol.

Well I ran a 23 when I was in the Marines and I was a HEAVY smoker. That was about average as well.

I am sure some high school kids are running that, but I would not consider it normal.

    okay so anyway...

If Locker goes down our season is a bust anyway, cut Hass unless he we can restructure his contract. I rather bring in another low risk/high reward QB to compete with Rusty for the back up spot.

That's about what I do, and i'm 21. I was normally pretty athletic in high school being in football/basketball. Then played football/basketball 1 year at a super small college. Then got a real job and gave up sports for money... it was a desk job M-F 8-4:30. I literally did nothing but work/party lol. That was 2 years ago and put on like 20lbs. I couldn't run a mile in like 10 minutes. It was bad. Then, I booked a trip to Cancun in March for my senior year of college, and lost like 20 lbs of fat and put on muscle. Got the bod back, not letting that go.

But my first mile I ran was like 11:00 flat, that was in Sept. I can do it in around 6-7 now. 3 miles in 21 is about what I do. But yeah, my roommate ran cross country for my college ran a 4:55 in college as a Freshman. Nothing was crazier than my pal who ran a 400 in 47, insane.

I don't have a problem with us keeping him. I do have a problem with keeping him at his current price tag. Hopefully we at least attempt to renegotiate.

We really have all the leverage. He knows no one else is going to bring him in as an unquestioned starter. And he probably only has 1, maaayyyybe 2, years left anyway. So I doubt he'd want to pack up and move his family to another city.

I like Hass and there's not too many other backup QBs I'd rather have. But there's no reason to pay a backup starter money.

wait, you're only 130 pounds... dang dude eat a cheeseburger?!

I'm 6'2 185. I was like 6'2 210 this summer. I dont think i've been 130 since like 5th grade. I've literally been around 160-180 since Junior High, I just grew like a foot and looked like I got skinny haha.

Another favor for another buddy, and another reason to not have to spend money in free agency. Cutting him helps the team more than keeping him here. Another stupid move by a terrible coach. Next they should let Cook walk and lock up ole D Wil to a big money deal. That'll show 'em Munch.
