He's got better hands and speed than Welker. I expect him to be better.

Well there is that guy named Brady. I'm sure Wright would look just as good if he had Brady throwing his way.

When and or if, wright is ever used correctly, which is as a slot reciever. He would break it.

Having high preduction in college does not always mean having high production in the NFL. Any good scout should have been able to tell that Wright was not a 1st round guy!

They throw those to him b/c he was supposed to be a guy that can take a screen and get big yardage with it. He did that in college a lot. Not as much as going deep but he was very successful with screens in college.

Also we through him so many screens b/c he wasnt very good at getting open.

This is true, but tons of average players athletic-wise grew into No.1 WR's.

Derrick Mason is the easiest to think of, he was average in everything, but over time learned how to separate and became a great receiver.

Agreed. And I'm still hoping wright can do this. But for future drafts IMO, we should have a list of guys in order from 1-w/e that we want the most. And regardless which pick we have we should either draft the guy we want the most or trade back to get him b/c it would be to big of a reach to draft him where we are at.
