I would be calling NY offering them our 3rd rounder to switch 9 and 10, in order to get Star.
In fact if star slides into the 6-9 range I would try to move up to get him.
(Providing we get some comp pick and have a decent free agency)

Everybody seems to be asking who is gonna trade up in this years draft, maybe it's us. I'm guessing our 1st and 3rd could get us up to 7.

    Love Warford in the second.

That's some real right there. We could move up a few spots and land that real game changer for us. I'm not sure if I like losing a third when we need players... But sometimes that's a good alternate.

It's looking like we will get a cOmpensatory 3rd for Cortland. So that might be perfect.

However in regards to the mock in question why would NYG trade with us if it's the player they wanted? We'd have to jump them if that were the case.

Also 10 is WAY too early to take Vaccaro.

looking like we will get a 3rd 5th and 7th round comp Hutch and Wimbley don't count against us because they both were cut by their teams they were on

how do you think 10 is way to early to take the best safety in the draft? earl thomas was picked with the 14th pick

i would be pissed if we did that simply from the wholes that we have i would rather trade up into the 1st and get someone towards the end of that round rather than use a third to simply move up 3 spots when a player of vacarro's ability is there too since star was taken before our pick

What do people see in Kenny Vaccaro that is giving him all this hype? What Ive seen of him he doesn't seem too much different than Griff. He cuts runners legs out or when going for a big hit he leads with his head and cant see what hes hitting. Would rather grab a Safety from the SEC. Elam and Reid are IMO both better players then Vaccaro.

Much better cover skills. He's a FS, covers in man very well. That opens up zero blitz and heavy down hill packages where you can trust the backend.

Elam is a strong safety and is basically a walking personal foul flag, no coverage skills. There is no way this dude is a better player than Vacarro. Naw. Reid is good at run stopping, bit bigger, but flashes nothing on the field. Covers alright, can't do what Vacarro can in man. I would take DJ swearinger over Reid.

Swearinger was flagged once in every cut up I watched for leading with the helmet. Vaccaro does cover better then both Elam and Reid but I just don't see him filling the hole we have at SS. Nothing against him as a player.

C'mon man. Barron went at 7 last year. Does that mean Vaccaro should be off the boards by the time we pick anyway? Just because he's the best safety in the draft doesn't make him worthy of a top 10 pick. He ain't even in the same conversation as Earl Thomas.
