What round would you consider these 2 guys?

    John Jenkins - DT UGA
David Amerson - CB NC State

I think these 2 provide great value outside the 2nd round.

To be honest, I actually wouldn't mind Jenkins with our 2nd round pick.

I feel like Jenkins is probably a 2nd rounder. You don't see a lot of guys that size.

I'm not in love with Amerson. He was absolutely gashed by Patterson/Hunter and and Hopkins/Watkins. He is a terrible tackler, and his 6'3" proved to be 6'1" at the combine.

I like Amerson but his tight hips scare me in man coverage. He's got great size, speed, and ball skills though. Hopefully change of direction ability can be coached. I think the Sammie Hill acquisition renders taking Jenkins a bit unlikely. I think the FO sees Sammie as a starter and at 26 the foreseeable future.

Jenkins will be the one to command double coverage in this league. Hill doesn't really solve our run stuffing problem. He will apply pressure, but his run stopping game is average.

I know we won't draft Jenkins, but I think he would be a great addition for us.
