Rob Rang thinks so: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/...draft-yearfive-option-makes-qbs-more-valuable
This guy is clearly on drugs. At least he will make a name for himself now. Some guys say off the wall things to gain traction.
Well, technically he's right ... 4 would probably be the max. Think of all the teams that need QBs. There are a lot of them. Then think about all the teams whose QBs only have a few seasons left. I'm not even going to think of all the teams, but I can say that if you include the teams that have an immediate need at QB and those who will need one in a couple years, it would be at least 10 teams. Geno Smith is going in the top 10, period. Let's say he goes to a team other than the Bills... then the Bills would be likely to trade up into the first with their 2nd round pick and take Nassib since he was coached by Marrone. Cardinals or Jags could do the same for Barkley. Endless possibilities at QB. Geno could be the only one taken. Or there could be four QBs taken. We'll see.
The value is not there early for these guys and the teams that pick later already have established QB's. I think at the most 2 go in the 1st with it more likely that just Geno does.
