Worst running back group: Miami Dolphins

Lamar Miller is a great fantasy football sleeper. The Dolphins expect him to make a big leap this season. But he's a second-year pro who was drafted in the fourth round and only carried the ball 51 times last year. He's also the easy choice as the best back on the Dolphins' roster because we've seen what Daniel Thomas can do. 2013 fifth-rounder Mike Gillislee also should find carries.
Good news for Dolphins fans. This is the best position in which to not look great on paper. Speaking of ...
Honorable mention: Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers: The Colts made the playoffs with Vick Ballard and Donald Brown leading the way last year. Ballard is a workmanlike back with a limited ceiling, like a more explosive BenJarvus Green-Ellis. ... New pickup Chris Ivory is the best of a lackluster bunch in New York. ... The Rams don't have any big names, but they weren't listed because I like their young talent. ... Chris Johnson is too boom or bust as a runner. Adding Shonn Greene makes the Titan's attack more like boom or bust or bust.

Does this fool know anything? I know we havent had the best of years as far as our running game goes, but the worst possible scenerios have happened over the past couple of years. Chris Johnson holding out, Offensive line depleted by injuries, firing of our OC, inconsitent QB play, etc....At the end of the day CJ is still a very talented back, i believe he had a solid bounce back season. Shonn Greene while a slightly above average starter is a great #2 back that fills the void we needed in getting tough yardage. These are both 1000 yard rushers and this Rosenthal guy has the nerve to put us near the bottom. Even more mind oggling he doesnt even mention Green Bay, or the Lions.

I can't blame him for thinking we've got a bad group at RB, cause we kinda do. After CJ and Greene there's really nothing there.

I get on CJ as much as anyone, but this guy has lost his damn mind if he's even putting us in that discussion. We have one of the more talented backs in the league (even if he is in fact "boom or bust"). And then we have a marginal starter who rushed for over 1,000 yards the past two seasons as our #2.

Pick any random depth chart in the league and 4 out of 5 times you won't find a #1 and #2 better than ours.

We are top 10 at the RB position, without a doubt... probably top 5. If our OL is as good as we think it is, CJ gets back to his old self, and Greene comes in consistently getting the tough yards, we might have the #1 RB group.

Really getting tired of some of these morons on NFL.com having jobs. Any average NFL fan could do a better job than some of these clowns.

Its like this guy hasnt payed any attention to the improvements we have made this Off season. Either way you try to look at our two running backs, no way we are near the bottom of the league "going into 2013"

We have one of the worst RB groups :hugelaugh:

I'm sick of all the hate for CJ. We had one of the worst O-Lines the the history of our franchise last year, starting 11 different players. Our offense was pathetic as a whole, and our defense was so bad, we were playing catch-up the entire game. We also had no #2 running back. And despite all that, CJ still had 1,200 yards rushing, and people STILL throw hate towards the guy because he isn't ripping off 1500-2000 yards seasons every year. Get the hell out of here with that bull****. CJ is was the only bright spot on our team last season.

Now we have an O-line that could put an average back in the Hall of Fame, and we have a great number two to help CJ carry the load. You better believe we'll be a top ten rushing attack next season.
