So why is Chance Warmack still not signed ?

I am sure he is butthurt about something or another. Will see if he wants too play or just get paid.

 

The article I read was "offset language". The Titans basically want the cap freedom to cut him. He wants guaranteed money.

 

This happens with most teams every year. They always wait until the end.

 

This problem isn't unique to the Titans. Offset language is slowing down the deals of all the top picks. Calling Warmack "butthurt" because his agent is trying to get him the best deal possible isn't exactly a fair assessment.

He'll get signed. And if he misses a few days of camp -- who cares? He's a pro-ready guard. It's not like he needs all of training camp to be ready to go in Week 1.

 

This basically happens with every team.

16 first round picks remain unsigned. There is really no point in worrying.

 

Pro ready. Sue hope that's the case. Earlier in the off season is was more like, he needs work. He was getting beat on all his one on ones.

CWs contract will be slightly worse than the guy before him and slightly better than the guy after him and the guy at his slot last season. Rookie contracts are slotted.
