I agree, I have my doubts about him as a head coach and I want him to prove me wrong because I want to win so bad but there is something there with him that I think is missing. I know he doesn't show much emotion and I prefer to see emotion on the sideline. Hope he can get this team prepared this year finally!

Aren't you the one that chose the Bengals over us in preseason because of TECMO BOWL?

    Opinion invalid forever.

Actually, I chose the Bengals over the Titans because they're the better team. The Tecmo Super Bowl thing was just fun.

Shefter says Britt and Wright are both listed as probable for the Steelers game.

Honestly, I seriously expect a win. I expect a slow start but to really get the ball rolling towards the end of the 2nd quarter.

I expect to see a dominate offensive line. One that truly is going to impress.
We're gonna ease into the game plan. And try to get the running game going.
Which should open up the play action and intermediate routes.

Defense, hmm, what to say. I believe its going to be more of the same bend and hopefully not break on the first two downs. But I think they will consistently send pressure on third downs.
I feel we will contain they're running game easily, other than a couple of good runs by Rothlisberger.

As long as we can avoid turnovers, we don't necessarily have to create them to win this game.

This game will be tough and hard hitting as usual when ole' AFC Central division teams play.

Been lurking fairly regularly but not posting as I'm a Hawks fan who started tracking the Titans after they drafted Locker, and always root for a Titans win (except when they come to Seattle this year).

First off, good luck against the Steelers. Man I would like to see the Titans take both the Steelers & Chargers in the early part of this season!

Obviously a lot depends on whether Locker truly takes a step up this year (as I can't remember the last time that a team transformed their O-line so completely in one off-season). And if it means anything now, Locker made his biggest leap between his second & third years at UWash. It seemed encouraging to me watching his performances in preseason this year. Obviously he has the physical tools-- the mental part of his game definitely needs to catch up. It seems that Loggains has designed an offense more around Locker's assets than what's-his-name ever thought to do. Of course the Titans offense will still be a running O-- but Locker has to make good reads, good decisions, take what defenses give him, get the ball there, and keep moving the chains, with enough consistency, for the Titans to contend for the playoffs.

Which everyone here already knows, so nothing left for me to say but....

    Stick the fracking Steelers!
