Pre-Game Thread Game 2: Titans @ Texans

We had 10 offensive yards in the 3rd and almost every big play we had was brought back because of a penalty. If it wasn't for our defense literally about to win the game for us it would've been a blow out. We shouldn't have won that game but we almost stole a W.

 

Well said. The Titans have a top 10 defense. We will be in games all year long.

'LUCKY?' What game were you watching? They marched down the field and scored their final TD in under 2 minutes. They marched down the field in OT and scored in ~5 minutes. Their first TD drive was what, 5 plays? We were only in the game b/c of their mistakes; the pick six, the KJ hit to Kendall, the missed FGs, etc. Once they got it together, they smoked us. 'LUCKY...'

Yes, I agree with everything you said. My point only was that, when looking at the overall league, the percentage of teams that win with an 8 pt lead at the 4 minute mark is probably greater than the percentage of teams that lose in the same situation.

 

We forced them to make those mistakes. The defense was in Schaub's face almost every snap.
