If C.J. Doesn't Improve After Bye Start Limiting Carries

    I think this is a very good way to start.I'd like to see them come out on the first drive and throw it around a bit.Then that will make it a bit easier on the run game and like you said Greene and Battle pound the ball at the defense that would be the perfect time to send C.J. in when the defense is worn down.

    Seems our OC Loggains should at least explore ideas like this as well instead of doing the same predictable playcalling every game.We got a good defense and if we can get the run game working we could eat a lot of time and control the tempo of the game.This would really work well against teams like Denver later in the season.I do think its very important that we get our run game established we don't want to put too much on Locker.

    Bottom line is we have a great defense but they end up getting tired once the game progresses and our offense keeps going three and out.We definitely need to get better on time of possession because our defense can't do it all.Seems like we will be alright if we can get the offense moving and give our defense time to rest before the next series.

    I still believe Cj's contract says he has to have like 25 carries a game or somewhere around that number. Why else would we keep giving him the ball and running him up the middle over and over again? Or it could be Loggains doesn't know what he is doing, Im still hoping one day the coaches will realize that Cj needs to be running to the outside not up the middle over and over again for negative yards!

    less than that preferably, 4 carries for 6 yards isn't a good thing.

    well b/c cj hits his big td's up the middle thats why. We just arent blocking that well though last week we did a better job with Schwenke or however u spell his name. Also if Locker keeps playing well teams will have to respect him more. He's finally beating the blitz which is confusing the hell out of defenses.
