Webster will draw ire from me if we do not draft a QB. Its too important of a position to rely completely on Locker for.

completely agree here, this league is a passing league being driven by the QB position. We need a solid QB who will be able to play week in and week out. I am not bashing locker here although I have bashed him in the past and some of my other previous posts but I think his body can't handle football and that is not his fault but it is part of life and reality. Some people are more durable than others and he is not durable at all. We need to draft and move on.

After Sunday's loss puts us at 5-8, ownership better realize Munchak isn't the answer.

We did lose our "franchise" QB mid season.

There were a lot of reasons we dropped some games we should have. In some cases it might have been coaching but in others it was players.

    Just sayin

I'm going to be pissed if we keep Munchak and Houston ends up getting a really good head coach to replace Kubiak.Thats the thing that really bothers me is i'm afraid the ownership here is never going to try and really go all out to get the best coaching candidates and do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.I really do hope two years from now we aren't sitting at the bottom of the division while Jax and Houston has gone out and got better coaches and QB talent.

I honestly think this is the worst post of the year or longer and it's one of the only posts on here that makes me ashamed of our fan base. The fact this statement got hi-fives is disgusting and pathetic.

I'm gonna quote myself from another thread.

Actually for all the ****ing whining and bitching I just read about Bud Adams in particular... it does matter.

Everyone including Sawdustman should STFU cause Bud went all the f in to get the best QB to play the game INCLUDING trying to have him in some ownership role.

So all this bs'n about how Bud tried nothing and people are hi-fiving a post saying they are glad he never won a Superbowl makes me sick and honestly sad to be a Titans fan. Have some damn class. This season sucks but damn things wouldn't even exist like this if it wasn't for Bud. Even the NFL won't give him his fair due can we at least not hate the guy that made the Titans?

I really question the integrity and fanhood of anyone stating or agreeing that they are happy that the recently deceased owner never won a Superbowl. Absolutely pathetic.

    Go take your meds Alex.

I never said Bud didn't try to field a winning team. And I'm glad he went all-in for Peyton. But it doesn't change the fact that the Munchak hiring was a downright awful/stupid decision. I have tons of respect for Bud. But that doesn't mean I have to act as if he was some genius and every move he made was the correct one.

To add one more thing, I never said I was glad Bud never got to see us win a SB. Clearly, being a Titans fan, I wish he would have. I only said that I can't feel too bad for him as he was ultimately the top decision maker. HE was the one who kept Fisher around about 4-5 years too long. And HE was the one who hired a woefully unqualified guy to replace Fisher. The buck stops with him. You reap what you sow. Etc. Etc.

That's all I was saying. I realize we wouldn't have a team without him and for that I am eternally grateful. But just because the guy died doesn't mean we can't criticize any of his decisions over the years. At least I don't subscribe to that line of thinking.

Because men like Bud don't do business with people they don't know.
