See how far we have come since 2012

The discussion shouldn't be whether we got better from last year to this year, it should be whether we've gotten better since 2011. We haven't.

 

We definitely improved and that is part of the reason Munchak will keep his job. He'll also cite not having a healthy QB. This team can make the playoffs with Munchak.

We went 9-7 in his first year and were the only team in the NFL to win 9 games to NOT make the playoffs. You can't tell me we can't make the post season with Munch.

I rather Munch be fired but it ain't the end of the world if he's back.

 

1 extra win and very minimal gains on offense, yeah..

and it's not too hard to improve on defense when last year's was the worst in the history of the world.

So Munch takes over the team in 2011 and we go 9-7. Then in 2012 the team takes a gigantic step back and finishes 6-10. Then in 2013 the team goes and spends 100 million dollars in free agency and, while the on-field performance certainly improved, it didn't really show up in the win column and we finish 7-9.

And people are wanting to act as if we should be high-fiving Munch for that? IDK, cause to me it just looks like we added 100 million dollars of talent to the roster and he only produced one extra win to show for it.

 

Yea that is piss poor. That's like paying for a nurse to get their Doctor's degree and the only thing they can do now is read doctor charts

 

I don't even look at the records. We lost several close games that could have gone either way this season. That's not my issue. My issue with JC's argument is that we improved when in reality we've stayed the same.

We started at 0 in 2011, took a step back in 2012 to -1 and then took a step forward in 2013 to get back to 0. That's not improvement.

 

I don't really care how far we have come since 2012.. 2012 was pathetic and should never have happened. Show me how far we've come since 2011. I bet we've either regressed, or made unnoticeable progress.
