Yeah and we also had a injured QB for 9 games this season.

Remind me which team had a starting QB injured that long and end up in the playoffs?? Outside the Eagles of course, Nick Foles was playing like a franchise QB.

You can say what you want but we were competive this season...

We had 9 losses but we played 7 games against playoff teams and we also had 2 games that went to overtime... and did I already mention we lost our QB for 9 weeks?!

Every day we dont fire him is leading me to believe he's definitely back.

Locker wasn't stellar in his initial return. Did he improve from last season, no doubt! However, it's not like they lost someone the caliber of Manning. He is still inconsistent, and I am not sure they win a ton more with him under center. BTW, plenty of teams had solid backup QB production this year. As for games being close, that is a major problem. They do not finish games with Munch! Even their wins were marginal outside of one game. I just don't see how you can say they were very competitive with a 7-9 record, 100 million dollars later, in the worst division in football that was up for grabs....

So you don't want Munchak, CJ, and Locker gone because you don't want to rebuild? That makes sense.... lets just continue to suck for another 128519827 years. Wooooooooooo

I wonder how much his injury affected his return. Locker got better, there's no doubt about it - but he'll never be an elite or even pro-bowl QB IMO.

I have no doubts his injury bothered him, but I agree with you in that he will never be an "Elite" franchise QB. It wasn't like he was mowing down teams before he went down. The wins they had were squeaked out. Fitz stinks, but he kept them in games. 3 years of repetition and people are still sticking up for this guy Munch. Isn't that the definition of insanity?!?!?!

    Q
    Question:

Would the Colts be in the playoffs if they lost Luck for 9 weeks??

And I don't even consider Luck a phenomenal QB, to me he is very average!!
