    I'm not too high on James Franklin as an NFL coach. I'd prefer to have a guy who has done more at the NFL level than be an intern. And Vandy has beaten three teams with a winning record the last two years, Massachusetts, Georgia and Houston.

    I understand he's taken Vandy from doormat to average, but that's the easiest jump in sports to make.

    Even though the Eagles had a very good season and made the playoffs with a college coach i don't think a college coach who has never worked in the nfl is the right way to go.

    Bob Stoops is certainly a fine coach and an interesting guy but he has never been an assistant in the nfl and he will likely bring his brother along as DC and he has never coached in the nfl either.

    A guy with success both as an nfl assistant and head coach in college would be desirable.

    That's a new idea no one's thrown out there yet. I wouldn't mind that type of personality as our coach.

    Rob Ryan HC, Norv Turner OC and Wade Phillips DC. Boom!
