I wrote Josh McDaniels off at first and I doubt we look at him, but I think he could be good. He made a horrible choice pulling the trigger on Tebow, but he was young. I think he was hired on when he was 32. I think he will get another shot somewhere and I would not mind it being here.

Why the *** would we want Palmer back?

Also how the hell did that article make you feel better about him it basically said nothing except Seattle made the right choice since he already knew the system. Basically using somebody else's system and riding it to success. What an accomplishment.

Are you listening to yourself or do you just see the world through rose colored glasses?

I've never been impressed by McDaniels. I could look like an offensive genius coaching Tom Brady.

Did you read the part about where his defenses were ranked at Florida, then #1 this year in the NFL. Also said he was known as a great teacher. He also uses multiple fronts, 4-3 and 3-4 which I like.

Yes #5 in college. Then he took over an incredible defense that was young and bound to improve anyway. I'm not saying he can't or won't be a good coach I just don't see the whole love fest for him. I doubt he would get looks from us if it wasn't for the Seattle connection. I'm sick of all these connections.

I have seen a few different sources say that Quinn is just a product of Seattle - and since the Titans have no damn product of any significance I wonder if he would even last 2 + years without a gimmick to go off of?

Very true, but out of all the coordinators Brady has had, McDaniels is the only one he has publicly endorsed, that I'm aware of anyhow.

Bottom line is, I trust Ruston to make the right decision. He knows more about these guys than all of us put together.

    1995-2001: Offensive line assistant
    2002-2005: Tight Ends/Quarterbacks Coach
    2006-2007: Offensive line assistant
    2008: High School Offensive Coordinator
    2009-2010: Stanford Offensive Coordinator
2011-present: San Francisco 49ers Offensive Coordinator

That is the resume of Greg Roman... not super impressive if you ask me. How do you know he isn't a product of Jim Harbaugh's system? At least Quinn had success outside of Seattle.

If the guy can coach, then quite frankly it doesn't matter how much experience he has had.
