I think so, he's a better coach than much and any other coach available. He has already done a lot of good things in St. Louis.

there is a 0 percent chance of me ever missing Fisher on the Titans. There is never a time where mediocre is good enough. Flat out being horrible is equally as frustrating as being almost good enough, but never good enough. Might be less frustrating.

So even in the worst case scenario, ZERO chance I would miss Fisher, or Munchak.

This franchise desperately needed a fresh start when they let go of Fisher. It was absolutely the right move.

Unfortunately replacing Fishface with ButtMunch kept the Titans mired in Oiler roots and we haven't had the complete culture overhaul that we need.

We now have a chance for a new beginning. It's an exciting time to be a Titans fan.

No way we should have kept fisher but we should have went outside the organization instead of going to the Munch with no experience as a HC! We waited to long to fire fisher and then made another terrible decision by sticking in house to munch.

I voted no. I liked Fisher, but thought that we (and he) needed a fresh start. Back when we hired Munchak I was not dancing in the streets either, but we should all remember the scenario back then....there was a strike going on, and the FO had no idea when a new coach would be able to meet with the team. Throw into that mess the fact that we had just (correctly) dumped VY, and there was a serious concern about continuity. This, in my opinion, was a huge factor in the decision to "stay in the family" at the time.

I viewed Munchak as a "bridge" back then, and it looks like that is what he became. As with the others, I am excited to have a fresh start away from the "family", and look forward to seeing who comes in.

That said, I am also realistic about what this means for us next season (will be a crapshoot....maybe we become the Chiefs, but more likely we regress "record wise" from this season IMO).

If the chiefs could go from a 2-14 season with a new HC and QB to make a playoff run, we can do it too!!!
