    He was let out of his contract before he went to Cincy. The whole coaching staff was let go.

    Its just a fact. Gruden is likely to get a head coaching job and if not, Cincy would have to fire him before he was became an offensive coordinator anywhere else.

    Usually the only time a coach moves laterally is if the Head Coach he is was working for is fired or promoted... or if they themselves are fired.

    Zimmer is a blunt, no nonsense guy. He also uses a lot of "interesting" language. Some GMs and owners would rather have sunshine blown up their backside than win games. That's why Mike Zimmer hasn't been hired as a HC yet.

    I would be totally fine with any of them. Zimmer or Roman would probably make me the most excited but the SEA guys are good, Gruden gets too much hate with what he works with and Whisenhunt is a solid guy.
