Jay Gruden finalizing deal with Redskins...

This is the guy that does not target aj green in the playoffs but 3 times. When the bengals get up in games by 10 or more they always go into a shell and play fisher ball not lose. They have way to much talent to be 1 and out the last 3 years. I think the bengals are better off with hugh jackson as the OC. I think he is the wrong guy to work with RGIII. They where saying yesterday how he talked Mike Brown into drafting dalton over Kaepernick. Glad they did it and not us. I do think zimmer will be a good head coach for somebody.

 

No doubt. And he is likable.

I just don't think his resume matches his demand/hype.

Shame poor old Shanahan couldn't get anything going in DC, sucks to see a coach with so many wins under his belt get canned.

 

Quinn is a 4-3 hybrid guy while Wade is purely 3-4. That would never work. Also Turner as OC would make me puke. Way too conservative which is what got him fired in the first place. I'd much rather have Mularkey.

All I think it proves is that Snyder is just a SOB who likes to meddle with his team like Jerry Jones. What is worse than a bad coach?? A terrible owner!!! Neither of these guys will win anything because of their ego's. They hire coaches for a reason and Jerry should at least hire a gm but no he won't so he will continue to lose and I will laugh. I am sure Shanahan is happy he is away from that organization, I sure as he** would be!

 

Yup, Jerry Jones hasn't got a clue, and it comes down to even the simplest of things like revealing your entire draft board to every other team in the league.

Snyder I would say is like Steinbrenner of football if you could compare the two, I know baseball does not have salary cap but when it comes to spending money on big FA, they do try just that and the Yankees get better of their players than the redskins (Prime Example: Haynesworth). Jones is right behind Synder on the bad list of owners, no gm and do it all yourself and for what to be "Americas Team" who haven't won anything since the early 90's. I really loved it when romo fumbled the snap vs Seattle, that was classic!
