    He changes it based on the players he has to work with. He came from Steelers, so he prefers smash mouth running / controlling the clock type offense. But when he has a Warner and Fitz to work with, he changed the offense to be way more passing

    I really came away impressed listening to whiz in the press conference and his zone appearance. Sounds like he envisions a balanced, aggressive offense and a multiple aggressive defense. Hold players accountable, which has been sorely lacking around here.
