Meh. Gimmick offense for a running back. Tons of carries this season. Nothing really stands out. Don't want him as a 2nd rounder.

I really like Tre Mason. Low center of gravity,I think he translates well at the NFL. I dont take ANY RB before round 4 though. I would say many will go before then, just saying I wouldnt draft that position any earlier.

Williams, Mason, or Hyde would all be nice pick ups after the 4th round. See which one falls that far and take him. Easy.

I wouldnt spend a 2nd round pick on a RB anymore. Not a running league, but running backs are there and talented in large numbers. Go later rounds. Last year 5th round St. Louis picked Zac Stacy and look what he did. (he also played for Vandy)

As someone said earlier, Mason is a great short yardage back, but we already have a short yardage back with Greene. We need a back who is quick and can make people miss. I think if CJ is gone and we are drafting another RB to split carries with Greene, De'Anthony Thomas from Oregon would be perfect. Go watch his highlight film, he reminds me of CJ in his prime.

He's projected to go in the 4th or 5th at the moment, but I bet he really increases his stock when he runs the 40. We may have to trade down in the 1st and pick up a 3rd to get him there, over reach in the 2nd round, or try to trade up from our position in the 4th to get him in the 3rd. However we do it, he would be fantastic for us. Plus he can return kicks, thus saving us a roster spot there.
