So we have the three coordinators, LBs, DBs, RBs, WRs and TEs. All we need is DL, OL and QB.

We shall see if all this works out

On paper our staff seems to be up grades all over the place ...
YOU CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT ....

Its not so much about his friends ,all coaches do this ...
its about the guys that he brought in , have years of exp
and they have produced some good results where they have been ....

You could not say that with munchs staff..ony exp was palmer back in the 80s.

But you have to say whizzs staff seems better than what the other coaches hired are putting together no ?

Whiz staff seems great. Zimmer made a good move with Turner at OC. I'd say it's equal to us getting Horton at DC.

This was one of the huge benefits of cleaning house. It's not just about friends helping out other friends it's about who you know and who you can get. In Whiz's press conference he mentioned he was already receiving quite a few texts about openings on his staff, I wonder how many coaches (not just quality) were lining up at a chance to work with Munch if he would've stayed?

If you are going to use the man as an example you should spell his name correctly. "Belichick"

Umm, you are right, we see what Belichick can do as a Head Coach. One without Tom Brady, the other With Tom Brady. Without Tom Brady, Belichick and the Browns Sucked and he got Fired.

At the Patriots, when Tom Brady plays well Belichick is a great coach, when Tom Brady does not play well (On Sunday against the Broncos for example), Belichick is NOT a great coach.

One thing is for sure, Tom Brady never played for the Browns.

Actually, when Brady was hurt he did good with Matt Cassell.

    Yeah. Matt Cassell.

How can any of you guys be complaining already, before a single snap and some of you girls are crying like somebody just stole your favorite Justin Bieber album...lol!

I mean seriously, so far every single position has been upgraded dramatically over the Munch regime. We're bringing in fresh, new blood for the first time in decades with TRUE, proven NFL caliber coaches and still all I hear is whine, whine, *****, *****! Take your Midol and at least give this crew a little time before you start crying we're doomed for....crying out load!

I'm sure you guys would have been all negative if your were Patriots fans back when BB was hired as their HC after a lackluster outing with the Browns and so far he seems to have worked out pretty good for them, wouldn't you say? So hold back on all the negativity until we know what we've got but I for one am very excited with the fresh new direction!

Another coach with lots of experience in the NFL. I see no reason to complain. Yes, these may be Whizs buddies, but at least they have a ton of experience coaching at their respective positions. The last few hires spent 10+ years with one organization which means they most likely were good enough to be kept during coaching changes etc... sounds good to me.
