I never said Advocare protein shakes put 60 lbs on my deadlift. My deadlift went up after I switched my proteins but I don't think Advocare alone put 60 pounds on my deadlift.

Have you ever even tried Advocare products? If not then I don't know how you accuse me of being deceived. There is a clear difference in the protein just by the look of it. You do have to work hard for your results but as far as product goes Advocare is undoubtedly the best protein I have used. Like I said different things work for different people. I don't know why that's so hard to understand.

Lol wow I said," cheaper isn't always the best option" that doesn't mean you shouldn't ever buy the cheap stuff. Advocare isn't for everyone but being a college athlete I works great for me. Some people just want to bench and squat a lot and look good in the mirror. At that point I say it doesn't really matter what protein you are using. Like I said different people need different things that's why not one method works for everyone.

I'm pretty happy with my current protein but it never hurts to learn something new.

Advovare has a board of doctors and scientist that test the products to make sure you are getting exactly what they say you are getting. The other proteins aren't really regulated so there is no way to know if you are truly getting 40g of protein per scoop or whatever it is that you are using. When I first heard about it, I though it was a joke but after I researched it, it really seemed legit.

They get a bad rap because they try and recruit everyone to become apart of their business, and they do. It is quite annoying but you do get discounts on all of the products if you are a "distributor". Anyways, I just did some online research and I never came across anyone complaining about the products, just the "recruiting" part of it. Then I decided the only real way to know if it was legit or not was to actually try it and I started seeing result that I wasn't with other products.

    It's probably a pyramid scheme.

Has anyone ever heard of Vemma? They make healthy energy drinks.

Legitimate product that I actually really like, but it's a total pyramid scheme - or "multi-level business" in legal terms.

Some people make a lot of money off of it.

I've failed to see any real difference that eating healthy, taking a multi, and having a protein shake can't accomplish. I feel most of this other **** is a bunch of garbage.
