So why does Jake get a pass on his two turnovers exactly? At least we can say that CJ had elite production at one point in his career. If CJ is a has been Jake is a never was. But he gets a pass...

    Well... Jake isn't a self-proclaimed playmaker.

That game was my worst nightmare.

Chance Warmack holds in the endzone that results in a safety. Bernard Pollard commits two personal fouls on the same drive to set up the Jags for a TD. CJ fumbles on the first play of the game that sets up the Jags for a TD. Fitzpatrick was Fitztragic.

Everyone I hate sucked in that game.

So what. CJ was a playmaker when he proclaimed he was one. Being an elite player or playmaker is not a permanent condition in fact its often a very short lived one. When Jake gets there even briefly then he might get a pass from me.

I'm telling you. THAT 's why CJ gets more criticism than Jake.

You asked, I'm telling you. On an even playing field they both will be criticized, but as soon as one claims himself above others -which is what a playmaker is - that person WILL receive more hell for his failings.

The thing I'll miss most about CJ is seeing him make something out of nothing. I'm not blind to the fact that he hasn't had as many exciting plays as he used to but I know that he definitely still has that home run hitting ability. Those TD receptions against SF and KC proved to me that he has not lost a step, at all. My biggest knock on him is his vision and his hustle. No doubt he shows up and puts the work in practice but he doesn't fight for every yard like he used to. All that said though, I still am holding out hope that we manage to work something out to keep him.

Ok. This is true. I personally think it's stupid but that doesn't change reality.

@jwyattsports: #Titans RB Chris Johnson follows 864 people on Twitter. He added one today: #Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Coincidence?
