Y'all do understand he is making less than Fitz right? It's 2 years 4 million with 4 million more in incentives. Cap hit is less than 2 per year without bonuses. We save over a million with this move. Whiz knows he is not a player that can start and win games. He is here to help Locker and a rookie learn the system. Locker is fragile and he wants his own QB. No way we don't draft a QB now, we won't go in with just Locker.

 

Just because the guy was signed don't mean he wont get cut later.

 

Well considering Jake the snake can't play 16 games a backup qb playing is inevitable.
