I still dont believe we brought Whitehurst in to be the backup, guy hasn't sniffed a football in years. I think QB is a real option in one of the two first rounds.

 

I think this means they are either taking Clowney or Mack with the #1 pick and hoping to get a QB with the first pick of the 2nd round (#33), such as Garoppolo or McCarron. That way if the 2nd round QB isn't ready yet, they have a QB on the roster that has starting experience and can lead the team until the new guy is ready.

 

Don't forget KFC. He went to the colts as well. loool.

 

If they decide to get a QB, go big or go home. No middle or late rounders please.

don't forget the Titans also have the other QB Wilson on the roster. I don't think they are taking a QB in the 1st or 2nd round. They may take one late and let all 4 battle it out.

 

I don't think Whitehurst will be the back up, even though his pay rate says differently, He might just be the mentor QB our younger guys need, Locker and Wilson should be battling it out for the starting position, and he should be helping them get there. I still feel locker will shatter his spine, or something halfway through the season, so my money is on Wilson.

And I want Wilson to succeed, Because he may just be what we're looking for if we don't draft a QB.

 

Fitz will be their starting QB on opening day... book it. They will probably draft a qb after the frist round.
