Unless we're picking a QB at #11 theirs a slim chance of us getting a franchise QB.
The texans, rams, jags, buccs, browns, raiders, Vikings all have questions at Qb and pick before us and the top Qbs could easily be gone before we pick.

The browns have the 26th pick and could get their guy their, texans early second and etc. the success rate of Qb after the second drop off drastically.

So at best will be taking a chance on a late round guy that probably won't amount to anything then a solid backup.

Whiz is playing with house money this season. I think the prospect of Locker and the Sideline Savior is very realistic. Paid C.W too much to be a 3 IMO.

Agree. That's why I think we go the early qb route. The jags, browns, raiders and vikings are the only ones I see possibky going this route. But the jags resigned henne, raiders picked up shaub, lets hope dirty sanchez goes to the browns or vikings. If he does we could have our pick out of all the qbs, maybe minus one.

If Locker goes down we're screwed anyways. Mark Sánchez is god awful. He has no business being on this team or even any NFL team.

Ugh......our pick, of all the wonderful QBs in this draft. Just Awesome. I have a hard time believing that the Texans signed Fitzy to start, at least not long term. Same with Raiders and Schaub. Henne and the Jags. Only Sanchez, IMO, has a chance of changing a teams mind about taking a QB, because he is still young.People just reaching for reasons to take a QB in this lousy class of top QBs is beyond me. The only one of the bunch that I remotely like is Bortles, and by that I mean I dont vomit at the thought of taking him a 11.

    Lets see Mark's supporting cast...

2012: Kerly, Cumberland, Keller (Leading receivers)
2011: Keller, Holmes, Burress (Leading receivers
    2010: Keller, Edwards, Holmes
    2009: Cotchery, Keller, Edwards

In that time no one top 900 yards ( other then Edwards barley getting 904 in 2009)

I'm not saying he's the savior of our franchise, but he has not had the support to be successful in New York. If it wasn't for the butt fumble, I'm sure more would be okay with it. He's better then Whitehurst and Smith.

I still have faith Locker can be our franchise Qb I would like to give him 1 more year, then if he can't put it together this year then we can get our guy.

even if locker plays we are screwed, I am not confidant in him at all to get the job done. IMHO I think Locker and Whitehurst are really 2nd and 3rd stringer material and we do not have a # 1 Qb and this is why we fail as a team and organization in this passing league.

But were these guys not getting 900 because they suck.or because sanchez sucks, all things must be considered. Holmes, edwards, keller and burress have all been good. All of these guys had 1000 yard potential. The fact that this is even being discussed is proof locker is not the guy. Let sanchez goto the browns

Holmes and Edwards came to the jets past their prime.
