    Yes Terry hes started and won games in the NFL and hasnt been noticed one bit by ESPN. Good job pointing that out.

    He's lost more than he has won. He's done nothing ESPN worthy hence he doesn't get noticed.

    If he had started 32 of 32 games and had a decent stats, but a horrible record would people still be ready to move on after 2 seasons? Nope. the majority of people would still be rooting for him to be the Qb and point out hes in thd beginging of his career and still has hope. A lot of you act like Locker is at fault for his injuries. 3 injuries in 2 years is bad luck...it doesn't mean he will always be injured. Only one of those was due to recklessness. (You're a qb, Jake, DONT tackle anyone!)

    The main point of this thread is to point out that all good quarterbacks don't come out lighting up the league. I think most people have set the bar too high and expect every qb that's ever going yo be good to be good from day 1. Its pretty obvious that's not how it works.
