Agreed. it's just a joke. We know we're largely irrelevant to most of the league. Why be offended by a simple joke that has a lot of truth to it? We won't be irrelevant forever and when finally get the proper recognition it will be all the sweeter.

As far as I'm concerned only Titans fans are allowed to make fun of this team.

If you don't find it funny at all than that's all there is to it. Can't exactly convince someone to find humor in something they find tasteless. I personally wasn't offended because it's not really mean spirited. Not that what I think has any bearing on what you think.

I have to agree with this comment. One of the cardinal rules of football is that you can't buy a championship. I'm waiting for them to fall on their face this year. Probably not in such epic fashion as the Eagles did though.

Yea we are. Tell me how we're not? Some of you people need to take the blinders off and stop living in the past. His production since his contract has been piss poor and can easily be duplicated with multiple personal. Honestly, I could care less if this team has 1,000yd rusher as long as we're winning and keeping teams guessing on offense i'll be happy. The game is changing and the days of having a workhorse RB are over. CJ's refusal to take a paycut was a bush move. Nooo way is he worth $8 mil, you know it, i know it and he knows it. So we release him and he's going to be taking a cut anyways, makes absolutely no sense. He wanted out of TN and thats fine, just say that then. Don't be a douche about it especially when stats and game tape shows otherwise. Thats got a "me" attitude written all over it and i'm all set. That alone makes this team better.

I agree with most of this post but unless whiz can generate a good running game w/o cj we're screwed. We have no passing threat, the teams we played, played cj first. Now that we don't have him where's the focus gonna be? If it's on locker and our pass game we are screwed.

Really!? We have had no running threat with CJ for years! He was paid "playmaker money" to beat those defenses. I aint worried at all that an undersized scat back is leaving.

I wonder if this may be a humbling experience for CJ. I bet he will have to take a pretty good paycut.

Look it's been said many many times.before. Its hard.to succeed.when the.d only.has.to gameplan for.one guy and your coaches can't counter.it. If were a.power back it would be a little easier because he could push for a few yards. I don't think fish and co was a good staff, but they were competent, what did he do then?
