I've been trying to find a way to write off Johnny but everytime I do I end up walking away impressed. I think he could use a little coaching up before he plays but he'd get that here since its Jakes job to lose. Personally I think him not starting right away would be the most motivating thing you could do to the kid. He wants to win, he wants to play, and hes shown some insane talent. He'll work hard and make it happen, I just hope we're the team he does it with.

This is not criticism on you but I think people are putting way too much stock into his improv and crazy highlights than they are his actual ability.

He causes plays to break down and sometimes he will find a wide open wr because of how long he will hold the ball. Think Big Ben. But in little Johnny's body. Now answer me what has bens major issue been his entire career? Staying healthy. Because he will take so many shots from extending the play... Does that bode well for a guy of Johnny's stature?

He has a tendency to screw off his first read and wait and hold the ball or just start moving around in his insanely large pocket... For no reason. When this happens his eyes come down, he starts to run, might stop, double back, escape some defender an the. Throw the ball up for a completion.. That's cool to see. But it also shows major issues moving forward. He also has extremely lazy low body mechanics and will often throw off balance while throwing caution to the wind. His urgency is completely lacking in his drops as well.

Reports outside tv and espn media are that teams arnt nearly infatuated with him like the media is. It'll be an interesting draft

I definitely get what you're saying. I just think that if you can settle him down a little, he'll be awesome. I look at those broken plays and if you look at the throws he's making, they're very accurate, and that is what has me so high on him. Its like he can do a circus trick then deliver an accurate throw. In the NFL he wont be able to do the ridiculous broken play thing anywhere near as often but if he settles down a little be could be absolutely deadly with just his arm.

I'm gonna say he has sliiiight character concerns. Not to be over blown but he isn't squeaky clean with the Way he carries himself... And that's where I'm going to say he enjoys being the star. He enjoys the attention. He loves it. It's in his blood to try and be spectacular and "different"...

Can he be a basic drop back and throw qb?? I don't think he would ever completely agree with that.

Manziel will certainly bring excitement to whatever team drafts him. Certainly don't see him falling to us at #11 with the number of teams that need a QB and need excitement injected into their fan bases.

What worries me most about him is that it seemed like once teams used the mush rush to keep him in the pocket that he wasn't quite as effective.

Clowney-Clearly one if not the most ghetto player in this draft.

As I look at our roster I think we need more thug like players like him.
