Yes. Because cost of living only involves buying a home.

What cereal box are you digging that MBA out of?

Not every player buys a home in the town that they play football in. Once again you should be emphasizing how amazing it was that CJ was able to do what he did last year on a torn meniscus. If it would have been AP the entire NFL would have went bananas.

    Good job reading, Mr. Illiterate.

Cost of living isn't JUST renting or buying property, you complete waste of space and waste of an MBA.

You act like I don't know what cost of living is lol. I never said it wasn't more expensive than Nashville. It clearly is, however what I am saying is that Nashville isn't that cheap either. Compared to where I live it is very expensive too.

BTW your last statement is grammatically incorrect.

Whats a pack of smokes go for down in Nashville these days? Cause in NYC you're looking at about $11 a pack. Turkey sandwich $13. Single beer at a market somewhere about $2/beer, get the same beer at a bar $8. Monthly membership to a gym about $90. Things are literally doubled in NYC and its neighboring areas.

I don't fault the fanbase for placing "disfavor upon a player who by all accounts refuses to renegotiate his overpaid contract for the benefit of the team". My problem is with posters who throw out straight up false hoods when attacking CJ because 1. They don't like him and want to justify it and 2. Know this board is largely anti-CJ and no one will check them on it because any one who dares to back the guy gets mocked and ridiculed.

He's a player that I enjoy watching play and if I feel an argument being against him is invalid I will try my best to prove it. Everyone who likes a player will defend that player when they feel the player is being attacked. Whenever people make anti-Locker comments JC comes to the rescue. If anyone even suggests that moving Washington might be a good move many who disagree speak up. It's just what people do. But because this board hates CJ so much any person that says positive things about him gets put on the defensive and vilified right along with him.

The ones who have voiced their displeasure of CJ but didn't resort to childish name calling and insults got very little trouble from me. The ones who used facts to support their arguments I also have no problems with. I might have debated certain issues with them but it was just that.

Do you believe that fans of other teams follow Titans related news? Because I find that hard to believe. I don't think it's arrogant to believe that fans of other teams don't know much about the Titans seeing as how even media members whose job it is to know about us still mess up reports concerning us or leave us out entirely with regularity. When I say these fans are uninformed that's literally what I mean by it. I'm not implying that they are stupid or dumb, just not very familiar with our team.To clarify I'm not talking about Titans fans, I'm talking about NFL fans as a whole. Guys who follow the Pats, Broncos, or 49'ers could give 2 sh*ts about the Titans and the Chris Johnson saga. I just doubt many would know the guy was scheduled to make $8 mil this season without looking it up. If you disagree that's fine, this is just my opinion.

Yes this CJ stuff has been pretty highly publicized but I just don't see people thinking back to the off season and really trying to understand why we let the guy go. If he does well I think they will just call us stupid for letting him go without taking into account that there was little team could do to keep him. They'll be factually incorrect but since when has that ever stopped one team's fans from mocking another team's fans?
