Take this advice when you try and argue Gilbert is better than Dennard.

Also did someone just imply taking Tom Savage round 2? I will find a new team if that happens, call me whatever the hell you want.

I completely agree. I remember watching Bridgewater against Florida in the Sugar Bowl a year ago. I was stunned by how brilliant he was. There was one throw he made in the back of the end zone for a touchdown that was seriously one of the prettiest throws I've ever seen.

Now you're gonna tell me that guy might not be a first round pick because he had a ****** pro day? That's absurd and these people are being paid to trick themselves out of an excellent quarterback.

I like Murray the best in this draft because he can be had later in the draft, but I can totally dig Teddy Bridgewater at #11.

For whatever reason, Mel and others are now saying Teddy could fall to the 2nd round.

Imagine if the Texans got Clowney and Teddy. I would cry.

    Good god.

How many times must we hitch our wagon to the "it factor" or "magic" or the "he just wins" guy.

Look at the last ten sb winning qb's. How many of them had that?

I'd say none. "It" doesn't win championships. Hard work, dedication, smarts, leadership, poise... These things do.

Yes, Manziel was successful in college. But let us not forget that, even in the SEC, the majority of his competition will be working at a car dealership or selling insurance when the season starts.

No to Manziel. The odds of that kid putting in what is required to succeed as a pro is nil. You draft him it's VY all over again. Diva antics, divided locker room, fired coaches.

This post is pretty old. If you noticed I said I'll be studying him closer soon -- and since then, I've posted multiple times saying I want nothing to do with this guy.

I've never liked Bridgewater. I think a lot of you guys are basing your opinion of him on seeing him play a limited amount of times, especially the one good game he had against Florida in the bowl game last year. I also think a lot of you guys calling for Bridgewater to be drafted were never on board with Jake and just want to get rid of him because he's been hurt.

GM's are now coming out talking about how he doesn't have all the pieces to become a QB at the next level.

Good segment on Gruden's QB Camp with Manziel (the full video) on how Defenses used "Mush Rush" to contain him in the pocket and he still carved them up. Says he knows he will need to check down more at the pro level.

Gruden washes the balls of every QB in the draft every year. If you only paid attention to him you would think there was 8-12 future hall of fame QBs in every draft. For that matter the whole NFL Network does the same. Last night they were going on about Keith Price like he should be a first round pick for god sake.
