I really feel bad for Jake if we do go QB in the first round. He picked the wrong sport. Shoulda played baseball.

I think he can be a true leader because you can see that passion and desire in his eyes, but he jut can't stay healthy and likely won't stay healthy his entire career.

Don't ever feel bad for someone who made millions playing a sport.

With that said, its a business, and Jake understands that. Two seasons have now gone down the drain, in great part, because of him.

He knows this is his last chance. It would be unfortunate to lose him again, but we can't just keep putting all our chips on the table for him.

I really hope he can figure out how to stay healthy.

    For the mettenberger crowd

@RapSheet: Sources: #LSU QB Zach Mettenberger's back was red-flagged by several teams prior to #NFLDraft. He has Spondylolysis, treated non-surgically

Bortles is by far the best QB in this draft.

You don't need a premium rb with Whiz's offense.

Lets be clear, they are taking a QB within the 1st 3 rounds this year, with NO question. It's just a matter of when. I agree with many of you in that, I hope they build around the QB they take, and Jake first. Meaning, grabbing a QB after the 1st round (rds 2-4). It really comes down to value, BPA, and filling GLARING needs. The only way you take a QB at 11, is if there is a guy you have 100% confidence to come in and take over games when Jake goes down. I am not sure who is that guy in this draft. Teddy is probably the most ready, so that will be tough to pass on, but I think they do here. Besides, Teddy is the same guy that thought McNabb was better than Warner...Ugh...lol ;-)

I'll be so happy when the draft is here and gone. This speculation and OVER-analyzing of players is tiring.

I look forward to the over - analysis of specific players our team gets.

I am a Titans fan tried and true man...I am just happy to see our team improve with both players and coaching. I trust Whiz and co. to make a good decision. Now we wait, and crack open some beers and pop bottles tomorrow night, then blow this site up during the show. lol
