Not in the era he played it wasn't. And Im not even saying McNair is a HoFer like most Titan fans do, Im just saying get your facts straight. He was well above average for the time he played, even won an MVP and played in a Super Bowl, neither are easy to do.

McNair was a better QB than Greene is a RB, thats what this is really about isnt it...? You think they're one in the same?

 

When you have to give him TEAM accomplishments, it's a reach.

Considerin mcnair took us to our only superbowl and greene rode the bench most of his only year here then yea i woukd say its fair to say. Mcnair was great

He's a Titan's great, not all time NFL great. No one asking to put him in the Hall of Fame.

Shonn Greene has never been anyone's "great" and going on 29 at the beginning of the season I don't see how he will become one. He's about as good as Chris Brown was, and I wouldn't expect him to do much more than Chris Brown did for the Titans either.
