Munch found out the right way. He sucked as a head coach and never should have been "gifted" the job.

Accountability WORKS to insure productivity. It's that simple. People want to gray it up by rationalizing lack of results. Responsibility is necessary to insure a unified team effort regardless of the lack of the results. This organization is making sweeping changes in its culture. I guarantee the results will follow in the next few years as the transition continues.

Accountability indeed is important but it's only a part of the puzzle and this is why there is no such thing as a guarantee for success. I will agree that our chances of success are better but nothing is ever guaranteed.

You are engaging in rationalization. I guarantee you that if you let go of your pencil, it will drop to the floor. I guarantee that someday you will die. Some things can be guaranteed.

Improvement is guaranteed with accountability. Our talent improves if we hold our scouts accountable for picks that didn't pan out. Accountability is a process that focuses persons on performance.

The best run organizations heavily utilize accountability and responsibility. This organization appears to be engaging in more practices of accountability than before. We have a new direction in owndership. We have new "outside" coaches. Coaches have implemented a policy whereby remedial instruction will not occur on the field. A direct injection of accountability to the classroom.

if urbanlegend agreed with accountability, he wouldn't have supported cj like he did before cj got cut.

No you guys are right. Cutting everyone will magically fix everything. It's not like someone who can actually play has to be found to play the position well. Holding people accountable is one part of the equation, finding talent is the part where most fail. If you guys can find one section where I explicitly state that accountability is absolutely useless then please do so otherwise stop trying to put words in my mouth. This is like the third post where is say accountability is important. nbtoppers2 get over it, CJ is long gone. I've tried to stop talking about him, i hope eventually you can let go too. Seems to me like you're turning into an Urbalegend nut-swinger the way you're always all over my sack. Get over your fear of heights and hop off my Johnson.

The best run organizations have a franchise QB. When is the last time we had that!!!!!! Just making a statement lol seems like we make excuses for locker and durability at times but that is from my perspective and how I see it but I could be wrong. I do hope this organization turns it around at some point but I do not have high hopes for this year but I will be rooting hard.

Who needs a franchise QB and talented players when you've got accountability! Accountability alone will save our franchise.

Well considering my argument is that accountability is important but it's only a part of the equation and people seem to be disagreeing with that statement it's logical to surmise that your stance is accountability alone will get it done. No other real way to look at it. Unless you actually agree with my main point and are just arguing for the sake of arguing.
