    It would be sweet to land Johnson, but I don't see it happening. Our depth at WR is deep, but having a proven #1 is what we are lacking. We have Hunter and Preston, both young tall downfield WR's with "potential", but we have all seen how well "potential" works out for TN.

    deep? after the first 3 guys we really have nothing. people even believe Mariani may stick a spot, thats pretty weak group IMO

    Washington, Wright, Hunter, Preston, Mariani and now Derek Hagan... It's not like we are hurting for Wideouts. If Thompson and Stevens can reel in some catches to add to Walker's production we should be in good shape.

    Not saying that I don't sympathize with the guy, especially with him looking forward to receiving from Fitzy if he remains in Houston.

    But the fact is, he has yet to show up for team activities over M-O-N-E-Y.

    I just don't see it as a wise investment for us.
