    A good rule of thumb would be to look at your parents/grandparents...nothing you did good or bad...just genetics. Want to be a great athlete....pick the right parents. LOL

    I thought the exact same thing. At 32 now, it just said "peace." and left. No warning or anything.

    Still skinny, but that gut will hit.

    A quart is the common size.

    The gallons are sold usually in those plastic bucket looking things in the bottom of the freezers at grocery stores.


    You gotta eat the gallons to get swole like Ryan Reynolds in Blade 3.

    Trying to lose weight sucks. Went from 5'8" 240 as a 17-year-old to 5'8" 150 at 23. Maintained for two years. Now I'm trying to gain weight while lifting. Way more fun.

    Oh, I just thought about this and don't believe it's been mentioned yet. But do yourself a favor and sign up at www.myfitnesspal.com It's a site where you put in your current stats and goal stats and it spits out a X number of calories daily "goal" for you. I use it to make sure I'm getting enough calories in every day.

    I know counting calories might sound dumb/gay/whatever but you're definitely going to see more consistent results if you do it. It's so easy once you get in the habit of it and there's even an app for it. So there's really no excuse not to do it if you're really serious about losing weight.
