I'm thinking we go around 8-8/9-7... do good until Locker gets hurt. Thus we look for QB in the mid-1st, I'm thinking Connor Cook or Bryce Petty. I think Mariota, Hundley, and Winston will all be off the board by then.

Shows you how much this time of year means when predicting top 5 QB's drafted next year...absolutely nothing.

I am an Oregon fan and have watched every game Marcus Mariota has played. And I have watched a ton of Pac 12 football. I never thought Jake would work out (hoped he would) because he was not very accurate in college and got hurt all the damn time--and well well well what did he do in the NFL, not that accurate and hurt all the damn time. I think Marcus is a great college QB and as a duck I love. But I don't think he is a great pro prospect--hope I am wrong. And I have seen Hundley play a lot, and I don't think he will be a great pro either. Out off the Pac 12, I believe the QB who will have the most NFL success is Sean Mannion--and he plays for the arch rival of my team. He is big and tall, accurate, makes good decisions, and is rarely rattled. I think he would be amazing in Whiz's offense, and just the QB he would be looking for. I truly hope all the hype goes to Mariota, Hundley, Winston, etc., because I think Mannion will be the best pro and the best fit for our offense.

With all that said, I am hoping for the best with Locker . . . **** in one hand hope in the other and see which one fills up first . . .

I want to like Brett Hundley, but damn it does he remind me so much of Locker. Same size, athleticism, streaky accuracy.

I'd probably rate the PAC12 QBs as Mannion, Hundley and Mariota.

Hundley is all hype. Stay away. Kids gonna fall off by draft season.

Not sure who I like better between Hundley and Mariota. Hundley has a better build for the NFL--more durable and probably a better arm. But Mariota has the better head, better accuracy, and is probably faster.

But yes, I would take Mannion over both at this point.

Connor Cook is the guy I have been keeping my eye on, he looks and fits what Whiz likes and I wouldn't be shocked if the guy is high in the Heisman race this year...

Do not like Hundley or Winston with that Byron Leftwich release.

Guys I would be for drafting:

    Petty
    Mannion
    Mariota
    Cook
    Hogan

Best case scenario is we wait until 2016 and get Hackenberg :)
