He probably has but a wild Roger Goodell appears to break his fall.

It'd probably improve his accuracy if he did.

    Definitely couldn't hurt it.

Im not worried about the Texans this year or for many years in the future. I think they have a bad owner, and bad GM and hired a bad Head Coach. What has Bill O Brien done? I love listening to Texan Fan talking about OBrien being a QB guru. They said the say thing about Kubiak, What QB has BOB been a guru with? He worked with Tom Brady .... then? ...... nada. Tom Brady was Tom Brady LOOONG before OBrien showed up. He has been a Head Coach once in his life. He goes and gets Mallett. The Patriots wouldnt have drafted a QB if Mallett was the future.

The Texans with or without Mallett are the least of the Titans worries.

Oh yeah, if it happened, it'd just make him magically better.

Goodell would come out of the woodwork and toss pillows under him, too.

He's so overrated, But You know this would be a different story if he didn't play for the colts. lol

    you are correct

The New England Patriots have dealt quarterback Ryan Mallett to the Houston Texans, which was first reported by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Rapoport reports the Patriots will receive a conditional seventh-rounder in 2016 in return.

I don't expect Mallet to do anything for the Texans but this was good business for them. Had they executed a trade for Mallet around the time the rumors were circling they sure as hell weren't getting him for a conditional 7th. It likely would have been a 3-5th and some were even saying 2nd. They are the beneficiaries of Mallet having a bad first preseason game in New England and Jimmy G playing lights out in the same game. After that Mallet played pretty well but as Drake says nothing was the same and his value dropped.

The Texans now get a guy they were interested in and considering spending a 3rd on for a conditional 7th and while perception sometimes is reality, that preseason really meant nothing. Good business but not necessarily a good player. We'll see though.

Ingenius of Belichek...draft him in 3rd round, never play him and unload him for a 6th

It was either that or get nothing out of a 3rd rounder come next season, he was on his final year in NE
