Pre-Game Thread GDT: Week 1: Titans at Chiefs

So far, so good.

I'm experiencing an emotion I haven't felt in a really, really long time as a Titans fan... Hope.

 

**** Bill Cowher lol. That Chiefs forum is going nuts.

 

Clowney limped to the locker room in the first half. Supposedly he didn't seem to be in much and pain and was walking on his own.

I think this dude is going to be a bust. His heart's not in it.

 

Overall good first half. KC looks a bit shellshocked, and, like others have mentioned, I bet that KC fans are looking at Succup in a Titans uniform and kicking themselves right now LOL.

One thing is for certain....win or lose, our team looks much more poised and disciplined right now than they had at any time in the past 5 years (including the last couple years of Fisher) IMO. Not one overly stupid penalty all half (that late hit call on the sideline was BS I thought), and we took care of the ball when we had it.

I still think that our D will have issues (KC is not exactly top tier competition right now), but I am encouraged by what I see.
