To be fair the Chiefs did lose two of their best defensive players in one game. If that happened to any other team that would've been in the headline. I didn't see it as disrespect as much as actually reporting news.

No... That's not how it goes. They respect other teams more.

And we were clearly going to win even if they didn't go down.

That's what I don't get, the oilers are one of the older AFL franchises, not Chicago or Green bay old, but they've been around a long time, even if the bears do bad they still get props, when the hell do we get our cookie?

 

If that's true then we lost one of our best defensive players too, in Zach Brown LOL.

I always remember staying up to watch our highlights on school nights as a kid... sometimes it took until 1am to catch them after they showed Pats highlights like six times.

We're still building an identity, I guess. No one thinks Oilers when they hear Titans. They just think Titans... And we've only been around since 1999 and haven't won a playoff game in ten years.

BUT... they still give worse teams more respect, so I don't get it.

 

Oh yeah, I remember that, too. It'd be well after midnight before anything was said about our team, Even today, on the post game show, they mentioned us whooping the chiefs, then a minute later, BAM onto the browns and steelers.

Yeah, like Jacksonville, after the draft they suddenly thought they'd be the best team EVAROMG!

And we ALL know jacksonville has been terrible since before Mark Brunell left. And they'll stay that way too, just like cleveland.
