Yeah I agree...I have been one that has said to give him this season to prove himself. Today definitely did not help his case here.

My gut is that he gets this as a mulligan, then after the next game like this we will start seeing Mett dress for games. Not sure if CBJ goes to street clothes, but I think that the Locker leash got shortened quite a bit today, and the next move will be to Mett.

The team was flat in most phases of the game.

We just gotta face it, sure, it's week 2 of the season, but how many damn times have we seen the same crap from Locker? He can't improvise, and if he scrambles, snapped bones.

There's a reason Mett was drafted, and It's gonna come to fruition before long.

If Clipboard Jesus can do better than Locker, I'm gonna seriously crap a gold brick.

I'm tired of this, when the browns can beat new orleans, and we can't even get momentum against the frickin' cowboys, something is wrong. I don't blame whiz completely, even though running the ball more wouldn't have hurt, Locker's inconsistency and terrible aim today is a huge part of why we lost, our defense tried, then McCourty got injured, and it just swirled aorund the toilet from then on.

I'm sick of this on and off, win, loss, win, loss bullsh*t.

Nate had 3, wright had 1 that would of been a first I believe, Hunter dropped one that would of put us around the 15.

When you get paid millions to catch a football, you better catch it. No excuse.

Idc how sloppy the pass was, how far behind it was, if you get 2 hands on the ball, you catch that ****.

I've been joking that ZMett is the Sleeper Pick of the Year but I'm beginning to believe my own hype.

Part of that was due to lousy coaching by Reid. He totally gave up on trying to get Charles the ball.

Locker was downright awful in the first half. Very inaccurate.. I don't know how many wide open receivers he missed, but it was more than a few. Can't win with an entire half of QB play like that. Whiz also abandoned the run game far too early. Greene had 5 carries for 40 yards, we should have stuck with it. Didn't see Dex til the 3rd Q? Why was that?

Those few plays to start the 3rd Q, easy completions to Wright..should have called more of those in the first half when Locker was so clearly struggling to get his confidence up, and into a rhythm.

The pass protection once again was suspect at best. Far too often Locker was under pressure, hurried, hit, sacked etc. And this Dallas DL is very anemic. This is a DL that traded for Lavar Edwards and started him in the first game. Why the hell can't this expensive OL pass block? They're fine in the run block.

Defensively, what a pathetic effort vs the run. Murray (and whoever else) carved us up time and time again. Yea we pressured Romo and sacked him 3-4 times, but can't rely on that too often. Need to fix that run D asap, it was beyond pathetic. Easy W for them.

In the secondary, J-Mac going down was a nightmare, which we all talked about before the year started. Wreh-Wilson (or Sensabaugh) were completely outmatched vs Dez, and we can't blame them. I blame Horton for not double teaming Dez more when J-Mac left. In the first half, we saw J-Mac/a safety on Dez, so why wouldn't it happen more often when J-Mac exited? Far too often in the 3rd Q we saw easy completions to Dez because the coverage was 1 on 1 with an inexperienced DB.

Awful performance. Granted some things didn't go our way, but we have nobody to blame but ourselves. If Pollard makes that INT, different game. If Nate's catch is ruled a TD, different game. I also thought there was a HORRIBLE PI call on Wreh-Wilson on Dez; that was such a BAD call. And on that same drive, Dez' TD could have been called offensive PI, *Sigh*, no respect or calls. Of course they get those calls, because they're "America's Team" (LMFAO).

There were a couple the receivers could've come down with but not much you can do about the ones that are 5 feet over your head.

I know I'll get crap for this, but I'd rather have an offense lead by VY than Jake Locker.

VY actually looked like he was getting it his last couple of years in Tennessee. He looked like he was turning the page with his on field play, then the shoulder pad epidemic happened.

Locker looked like a 4th year rookie.
