I'm not talking about the ones that are clearly not catchable. I'm talking about the ones where they get their hands on the ball.

Dropping a pass and a sack are the biggest drive killers ever.

WR's could have played better, but I am done blaming them for Lockers obvious issues.

Our defense could have gotten some rest if it wasn't for Locker killing drives.

Defense can't perform when they're on the field for 20 minutes straight.

We could have controlled the clock by running the ball and keeping it out of their hands, but nooooo let's PASS the ball because that always works.

Today he did suck on a large scale. I'll never deny when he's playing bad. Overall still good Imo

Don't want to get into a VY debate here, but it should be noted that 2010 (the shoulder pad year) was his 5th season. I had the same attitude about him going into that season as I do with Locker now....it was his last chance to show me. He didn't.

I went to the Steelers game in 2010, and VY looked more lost than Locker did today (eventually got benched in favor of KFC, if memory serves). That season started out like this season (big blowout of the Raiders that got everyone here pricing playoff tickets, followed by the Steelers game that got everyone here looking for cyanide tablets).

VY was not the answer, and, unless there is some drastic improvement in consistency with Locker, neither is he.

I gotta disagree with you. Look at it this way. Our receivers are some of the best athletes on the planet and even they can barely get their hands on one of Locker's throws. Stop and think about how poorly thrown these balls must be.Receivers should not be expected to routinely make circus catches to bail out their inaccurate QB. A receiver making a spectacular catch should be seen as a bonus and nothing more.If receivers were able to make those catches all the time there would be noting special about them.

To put that on the receivers is to absolve the QB of the responsibility of throwing a catchable ball. One of Nate's drops was incredibly behind him and the one Hunter dropped would have made some "top 10" list. Receivers do have to make plays but it has to be within reason.

That's one of the things Mett excelled at while at LSU. People just say "he had 2 NFL level receivers" and while that is true, he excelled at throwing balls that were tough to catch but still catchable. Lesser receivers would have dropped some of those but lesser QB's wouldn't have been able to make those throws.

Please no we don't need fishface back, again.

But when the run is working, keep doing it. THEN try to pass when they least expect it. That's kind of the way you gotta do it, you know? There was barely any strategy on the field today.

Who is blaming them for Lockers sorry play tho??

It's obvious Locker isn't a franchise QB, and I was saying that at the end of last years season. Ask @Dman lol

But football is the ultimate team sport, so everyone gets the blame.

Was is just Lockers fault we loss?
