Prime opportunity for my Titans to feast on your teams weaknesses. I wont get ahead of myself and look past a bruised Bengals team, youre still a good team, but things are looking up for us Titan fans if all mentioned players are out this week.

This should be a close game. Last game was a fluke for Locker. He will play much better this game.

Your suggestions fit right into what Jake Locker and the offense excels at doing. If we get the ball out fast Locker will develop a rhythm and could beat most teams.

    Titans fan living in Cincinnati.

We don't really know what kind of team we have, at this point. Too many changes. I'd say the Bengals are a known commodity, at this point... and seem to get better every year.

I'll be at the game, though!

    Yes, definitely an opportunity.

But, keep in mind, we were missing all these players against the Falcons and I can't remember the last time I've seen the Bengals dominate a game so thoroughly.

The Bengals basically did on offense what the Eagles did last night. The Bengals rbs excel as receivers out of the backfield and can easily turn a 2 yard pass into a 50-60 yard gain.

But yes...with all of the injuries, and with a bye week coming up, a lot of Bengals fans are hoping the team will just sit/rest a bunch of guys and hope that whoever is left can scrape out an ugly win. Our D is going to need to be dominant once again.

Did I mention how important Burfict is going to be? :p

I think Cincy being favored by 7 sounds about right. On paper, this looks like a game they should win. But just as I had a bad feeling about Dallas last week when everyone else was thinking we were going to roll, I have a feeling we are going to make this a good game and have a decent shot to win.

It really is all about stopping that run game. Point blank. Are we the defense that held Jamaal Charles to 19 yards in week 1? Or are we the defense that got shredded for 220 yards in week 2? The truth is likely somewhere in between. Bernard and Hill are going to get their yards. If we can hold them under 125 combined (or there about), in their own stadium, I'd call that a win and think we'll have a chance to get out of there with the victory.

They have a very good defense. It's not going to be easy for us on that front. But on the plus side, there's literally nowhere to go but up for Jake. I'm very down on him right now, but I just cannot see him having another game as bad as last Sunday. It'd be great for Jake to bounce back and come out looking like a legit franchise QB. But in reality if we can get the run game going we only need him to limit mistakes and make the throws that a starting NFL QB should make.

Im 100% off caring when we're picked to win, we fall into a funk when we dont have something to prove.

How's he doing? Didn't he have a concussion and another neck injury last week? Any chance he sits this week?

He had a concussion week 1 and had to leave fairly early in the game. The difference was obvious.

Last week, he played most of the game, but had to leave several times and just didn't seem right. He finally got knocked out with what a "stinger" after the game was well in hand.

No news on him yet regarding availability against the Titans...

    One other point I'll mention:

Through 2 games the Bengals have 0 turnovers and have given up 0 sacks. We'll see if TN can break the trend.

Oh yea man expect a sack or two or hopefully more. Titans tied for 2nd most sacks so far this year. We dont seem to have any trouble getting to QB's, its when they bait us with screens we blow plays.
