I thought TR was your new spot. Did they run you off with the Locker hate?

For me the thing is not that he played poorly. But exactly HOW poorly he played. That first half he was looking like he'd never even been on a NFL field before.

But of course you don't throw in the towel on him after one game. But like I said yesterday, I don't see how anyone could honestly say they aren't worried about him at this point. He was really, really bad.

    Hopefully he bounces back tomorrow.

It really looked like Rusty at Houston that day. I've been one of his supporters throughout but it left me very concerned. We need to see some consistently solid play from Jake against better teams.

Yeah. I've been skeptical of Jake from the beginning. But what's frustrating is every time I think he's about to make me a believer he either gets injured or takes a gigantic dump on the field.

I can't argue that, but he did come back some in the second half. If the season is our barometer with new coaches and a new system then Locker is good 50% of the time. Flip a coin.

There was plenty to critique in the KC game.

Jake has all the tools you would want from a Starter. He is definitely a leader & hard worker. I do think that his game at Dallas (1st half) is his and probably the worst I have seen from an NFL QB. He got it together at the half, but that makes me worry too. Dallas' D is not great. They played better than I thought they were, but most of it was how bad we played. Locker doesn't take all the blame, but he should take a HUGE portion of it. I know that he can play better, he has played better. All this said if he plays this badly for the next 2 games, I do understand why people would want to see Mett. No one could or should hold it against a Titans' fan for saying they want to see what Mett can do after week 5 IF Jake does not improve his play drastically. I am not a bandwagon guy. I do not think it would magically turn the season around if Mett was the starter. My big thing is; at week 5 if we have still not seen a level of play that tells us without a doubt Jake is the guy the team should do everything they can to find out if our future QB is on the roster. If we do not find out before the end of this season we will suffer another 8-8 or worse season next year. As far as I am concerned that is not ok. If the team management is really committed to getting better they must KNOW by the end of THIS season if our QB of the future of the franchise. This must be addressed in FA or draft of 2015 if we do not have him already. NOT AFTER.
