Missed the last 2 games huh? Do yourself a favor and don't watch them. If you do watch them, you won't need anything further to understand what a BAD quarterback looks like.

We need one of those deceiving QB's like Bortles or Luck. Look like purely pocket passers only, but give them an opening and they'll grab 1st downs on the ground all day.

I've been saying this is his season. I never said after the season we'd know what we have...

Personally, 2 more games of similar quality from him... the experiment is over. Time to put in Whitehurst.

Whis had no reason to get rid of Jake this season. He had a cheap QB that was, let's face it, still unproven. Whis wanted to see if he could manage in his system. Got to test drive your new team.

I will agree with one thing Whycheck said about Jake is that this team doesn't play to his strengths. Which is fine... time to move on if he's unable to adjust to Whis' s system. At this point, that's on Jake... to a degree.

I just want an accurate QB. Mett seems to be accurate, but he isn't even suiting up so...

According to Wychek what are Jake's strengths?

Last year supposedly it was the option routes that the WRs were running that made it hard to get in synch with the WRs. I think they have taken out most of the option route sort of stuff. I really want Jake to succeed, but I can't honestly name a strength of his on the field. I don't think he has a great pocket presence. He doesn't throw with accuracy on a consistent basis. He hasn't shown the toughness to lead the team back from behind. Jake is a hard working, high character, stand up guy who has good athletic ability, but just can't consistently perform at an NFL quality level.

It wasn't what he said his strengths are, necessarily... it was how he is used. What I agree with is Jake is best rolling out, in motion... running. He IS better doing that. That's not Whis's style, from what I've seen.

Gotcha...in watching the Seahawks offense yesterday, I was wondering whether we couldn't run some similar plays. I think we could use McCluster in the role of Harvin. Yesterday McCluster touched the ball 3 times. For a guy who is one of our more explosive players he needs more touches. Maybe his foot was bothering him yesterday which limited him. But I love how they use Harvin on the jet sweep action. It holds the LBs just a split second helping the run game. Then if the LBers stop respecting it they hand it off to Harvin. Even if it isn't a big gain the defense still has to be concerned. Then they had a couple of really nice boot leg pass plays that I think we could execute if Locker could put the pass on target.

Anyone think that Whisenhunt defending Locker at all costs and even blaming other position groups will eventually hurt the vibe in the locker room or destroy team chemistry?

After all Locker is the main reason the team is losing........

Also Webster really needs to clean those crappy ass glasses because he is wrong about a lot of things he is seeing as helping the team.
